VEW's manufacturing division produces steel strapping tools, open and push-type seals, and buckles entirely in-house, from raw material through to finished product. Our manufacturing capability is the foundation of VEW's reputation: every seal and buckle that leaves our facility is held to the same precise dimensional and material standards.
Our production lines manufacture strapping seals and buckles in a full range of sizes and specifications, covering widths from 13mm to 32mm and all standard seal and buckle types. In-house manufacturing means we control quality at every stage: material sourcing, tooling, dimensional inspection, and packaging, and we can respond rapidly to custom specification requests or supply programme requirements. VEW manufactured products carry full in-house warranty support, and our engineering team provides direct technical assistance for any product in our range.

For operations with critical uptime requirements, we offer priority call-out arrangements. Operator training is available at commissioning and on a refresher basis, covering correct strapping tool operation, strapping tool inspection, troubleshooting, and safe handling procedures.
